As a Business Analyst, you will join the data controls team in one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, serving +40 million customers globally. You will join the Data and Analytics Office (DAO), and the Data Architecture team. You will support the project, and unlock pillars of the strategy for one of the products like Data Use, Data Quality Issues, Data Disposition & Holds and Connected Enterprise. You will be responsible for ensuring the product backlog of requirements, and analysis feed into development successfully.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Product Owner to evolve the product roadmap, creating of epics, and writing user stories, and managing the product backlog
• Creating analysis of customer journeys, and product functionality
• Helping to define and track metrics, and Performance Indicators for the product

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role
• Experience in working in a data- related projects across areas like data governance/mgmt., data quality, information lifecycle management (ILM)
• Experience in Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business user requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build, and maintain global relationships

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working as a business analyst in Agile projects
