    Provide IT solutions and support for Global Banking and Global Markets Capital Financing business areas!

    Kraków-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remote!

    As a Business Analyst, you will be working in the Spartan team, which is a part of the Global Banking area. You will assist the business in defining the detailed requirements and act as a translator of business requirements into technical functional specifications. You will act as an intermediary (point of contact) for both business and IT functions. This job involves a high degree of critical thinking and requires taking a strategic, deliberate approach to product development and testing

    Your key responsibilities: Collaborating with the business to help produce clear and unambiguous business requirements

    • Gathering requirements from the business and writing both functional and technical specifications
    • Producing clear and concise documentation in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio
    • Communicating effectively with both business users and the IT development team
    • Managing conflicting business requirements and project scope
    • Escalating risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management
    • Testing delivered IT components and working with the Development team to resolve any identified defects

    As an ideal candidate you have :

    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
    • Good knowledge of MI reporting for Credit Risk or Portfolio Management
    • Prior experience working in the business intelligence space
    • Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business-facing IT environment
    • Complete formal knowledge of the document life cycle, terms of reference, technical and functional specs, business requirements and business cases
    • Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teams
    • Experience in complex reports and dashboards
    • Problem-solving and analyzing an issue/opportunity are highly desirable
    • Experience with SQL and JIRA
    • Fluent English

    It is a strong plus if you have:

    • Global Banking and Primary markets experience
    • Experience in working on an Agile project
