As a Business Analyst, you will join the Cybersecurity team in one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, serving +40 million customers globally. You will deliver the practice of protecting critical systems and sensitive information from digital attacks.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Working with stakeholders to manage scope and ensure prioritized product backlog is refined periodically to align with customer priorities
• Creation of dashboards that are consumable by internal business stakeholders and customers
• Producing clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders
• Managing queries and engagements from various stakeholders and teams
• Customizing/creating existing/new customer journeys, solutions, and compliance features
• Analyzing work practices and supporting global teams in adapting to new models to enable automated compliance auditing and record keeping
• Analyzing data to support continual improvement
• Collaborating with technology groups to solve problems that are reducing their productivity

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• 2+ years of working in Information Technology
• Experience in working in a Cybersecurity program within a mid to large enterprise or equivalent organization
• Knowledge of Cloud Environments (Alibaba, GCP, AWS, Azure, etc)
• Experience with working on ticketing tools like JIRA Rally ServiceNow
• Ability to understand complex system flows in order to document, visualize, and design solutions
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in order to conduct data analysis and present raw data in a simplified manner displaying trend analysis and highlighting outliers
• Competency in Microsoft Visio or equivalent network/workflow visualization software
• Knowledge of Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Database Technology
• System Data Flows and System Design
• Ability to gather detailed business requirements and translate to technical requirements for the development team ?
• Excellent analytical skills, that can be used to interpret large volume of IT Infrastructure and Network data
• Ability to obtain cross team consensus, in order to drive progress forward towards goals

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in working in Financial Services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
