    Provide data analytics and management reporting for a global Bank!

    Kraków-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remote!

    As a Business Management Analyst, you will support the Business Management team to partner with senior IT management and Regional leads that are accountable for business services to provide oversight and support for all IT strategic planning, project delivery, finance, operational risk and support activities to design, implement and manage efficient operational processes

    Your key Responsibilities:

    • Business Management Framework
      • Supporting effective operations for aligned teams in core Business Management disciplines
      • Supporting the reporting of Charges and Direct costs (ledger reporting) for the service line to deliver technology service on budget, including Charges to the Business
      • Supporting workforce strategy to meet organizational goals
      • Supporting the delivery of third-party specialist services as effectively and efficiently as possible
      • Supporting the regional leaders to ensure alignment to central processes and maintain governance whilst supporting the delivery of CTO strategic initiatives
      • Supporting the FinOps Team in the reporting of the Cloud Consumption models for Forecasting, Planning and Funding.  Including understanding the benefits of the Cloud and its financial impact
    • IT Transformation
      • Transforming IT management processes with automation, improved accuracy, improved cycle, and tracking
      • Participating in a variety of special projects to support transformation and efficiency agenda

    The ideal candidate has:

    • 3+ years of experience in Financial and IT services
    • Project Management or PMO experience
    • Experience in supporting a department with ~750+ people
    • Strong customer focus with a drive to deliver standards of service to internal clients at least equivalent to external providers
    • Large budget/financial and business planning experience with a high degree of financial acumen
    • Strong skills in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations articulating messages to the business and enabling/ facilitating decision making

    It is a strong plus if you have:

    • Knowledge of Cloud Financial Management and Shared Services
