Warsaw-based opportunity with a possibility to work remotely 

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers for our Client – the largest payment processing company. Our Client is a global leader in commerce-enabling technology, serving approximately six million business locations and 4,000 financial institutions in more than 100 countries in the world.

Your main responsibilities:  working with the application team to onboard and document applications’ internal/external interface requirements for Development, Testing, and Production environments in Kubernetes

• Implementing middleware application-specific requirements as needed, ensuring that integration across components in the TI-provided environment is functional
• Providing technical guidance to application teams to take advantage of cloud technologies, and implement cloud infrastructure, as needed in coordination with other DevOps staff
• Preparing the environment for implementing an application using scripting
• Co-creating and managing application deployment processes
• Working with a development team and respecting Agile methodologies
• cooperating with other IT departments within the organization (security, middleware team, Linux team)
• Participating in change management processes

As an ideal candidate you have :

• 3 years of experience in the DevOps area
• Excellent proficiency in CI/CD in Jenkins/Gitlab, Jira, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and be familiar with cloud services (AWS, Azure,…)
• Experience with gitops approach and ArgoCD
• Experience with onboarding spring boot and frontend applications to Kubernetes
• Understanding of code and script (at least one – JAVA, Bash, Python)
• Communicative team player willing to learn and cooperate with others and drive for successful delivery
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Higher degree
• Fluent English
