    In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on the HR field, upgrade your skills and work along with Management Team. You will report directly to the Partner responsible for HR and Recruitment.

    Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work partially remotely!

    Responsibilities:

    • Contract management: supporting Recruiters in contract sign-offs, preparing annexes and extensions
    • Inflow and outflow cycle, planning and administration and weekly reporting 
    • Administration related to onboarding of new joiners, gathering required documents, updating the data in the systems as well as conducting exit of departing employees
    • Monthly preparation of data related to payroll for accountant 
    • Preparation of different reports related to employees 
    • Onboarding of foreigners together with the agency which is managing work permits and visas
    • Administrating the process of background checks which is done by external company
    • Supporting audits and providing required data within given timelines
    • Management of employee benefits in the Company 
    • Cooperating with employees, accountant, finance department and Management Team
    • Co-develop and professionalize HR company policies, and processes
    • Creating new solutions and implementing the best HR practices

    Qualifications:

    • Masters’ degree in human resources or equivalent, and min. 4 years of related experience
    • Knowledge of labor law and following changes in this field
    • Ability to set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter
    • Strong organization and time-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to partner with employees and leaders at every level of the organization
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Aptitude for problem-solving
    • Fluent English
