IT Analyst

Warsaw-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary IT team, partnering with business owners to define system development visions. Analyzing corporate banking processes and gathering business requirements will be integral to your role. You’ll prepare specifications for IT system changes, verify project changes’ alignment with architecture, and conduct functional testing and data conversions. Utilizing and enhancing tools supporting functional testing is also part of your responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams

• Partner with business owners to define system development visions
• Analyze corporate banking processes
• Gather business requirements and prepare change specifications
• Verify project changes for architectural alignment
• Prepare functional specifications for IT systems
• Conduct functional, integration, and data conversion tests
• Utilize and enhance tools supporting functional testing

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A degree in a relevant field (computer science, mathematics)
• Knowledge of requirements gathering methodologies and functional specification preparation for IT systems
• Practical experience in process description, modification, and data model definition
• Experience in custom application development projects
• Experience in integration and migration projects
• Experience in various testing types (functional, integration, data conversion/reconciliation, access model)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Motivation to collaborate with users and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Proficiency in English
• Basic SQL knowledge
