As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for engineering Power BI cloud solutions for a large multinational financial services organization. Also, your role will be analyzing, developing, and implementing service updates, features, and requests.

Your main responsibilities: Building the Power BI Center of Excellence framework

• Engineering a shared on-premises data gateway for an organizational-wide service
• Supporting and training the Operations team on how to maintain the service
• Creating knowledge-based articles for troubleshooting
• Supporting Operations with troubleshooting complex issues
• Designing and implementing capacity management reporting
• Assisting the business with more complex business requests

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Knowledge of Software Engineering with Power BI, PowerShell, and M365 services
• Experience with Azure, Build pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with relational databases
• Deep understanding of the various types of gateways and their capabilities
• A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Analytical skills
• Management to cope with complex challenges in software engineering
• Experience in a global environment
• Fluent English
