As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Senior Developer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services. This role focuses on enhancing the functionality of Dynamics 365 for Wholesale IT – Issuer Services, providing solutions that drive business efficiency and improve customer experiences. You will be a key player in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE, developing with C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform, and ensuring smooth deployments and support.

Your main responsibilities:

• Extending Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-ins and Workflow Custom Activities using C#
• Extending Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript and WebAPI
• Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Documenting User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Preparing solutions and builds using Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Involved in deployments and releases on the route to live
• Providing production support and resolving bugs and issues

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with:
  • Plug-Ins using C#
  • JavaScript
  • Web APIs
• Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform
• Thorough understanding of DevOps models, including CI/CD and Pipelines
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with examples of initiative
• Motivated and enthusiastic attitude, being a proactive self-starter
• Ability to develop both front and back-end systems, document Product Backlog Items, and conduct System Testing
• Confidence in dealing with various business stakeholders, supporting, and challenging the business
• Exposure to Financial Services
• Understanding of Agile, Sprint, Scrum, and Kanban principles
• Fluent English
