As a Mobile Fulfillment Specialist, you will join an international team which is responsible for the daily activities of deploying, maintaining, and running the Mobile Services of Bank’s corporate-owned and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions for smartphones and tablets. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of smartphone devices, Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, and Apple Business Manager (ABM) to work with users and support teams to ensure the appropriate level of communications & support is provided.
Your key Responsibilities: Be part of a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organisational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned
- Maintain an agile mindset by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our new pods, leveraging agile delivery methods, associated frameworks (e.g., Lean) and Bank tools (e.g., JIRA) to do this
- Understand and follow the CTO strategy and vision and the Product Management direction
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on automation, process improvement, how technology is best leveraged and technology shift opportunities
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in large multinational companies (preferably in the Financial Industry)
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues concisely
- Knowledge of basic technical components of the Windows Environment such as Active Directory, Group Policies, as well as Microsoft Office or Office 365 products.
- In-depth knowledge on:
- Mobile Operating Systems (Apple iOS, Android, Android Enterprise)
- Smartphone Manufacturers (i.e. Google, Samsung, Apple…etc)
- Mobile Device Management systems (i.e. BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management, Microsoft Intune)
- Apple Business Manager
- Experience in working with carriers, SIM services, asset management, disposal…etc
- Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across the globe
- Interpersonal skills – demonstrate good judgement and a good level of written communication
- Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Agile and Project Management skills
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco Jabber)
- Experience in working as part of an Operations OR agile team
- Experience in working for a bank or financial service provider and familiarity with the regulatory requirements
- Understanding of mobile platforms including carrier services
