As a PL/SQL Developer, you will be working for our Client – one of the top insurance companies in Central and Eastern Europe employing over 700 people in IT. The successful candidate will be a part of an environment in which development cooperates with maintenance, and IT is close to business. You will join a strategic project aimed to maximize the potential of the Client’s portfolio, increase customer loyalty and ensure effective management of the data.

Your main responsibilities: maintaining and developing business applications

• Optimizing code and application architecture
• Estimating effortfulness of the code and proposing architectural solutions
• Supporting integration and system tests
• Managing applications environment

As an ideal candidate you have:

• At least 6-year experience as PL/SQL developer
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases
• Ability to design solutions based on analytic material
• Capability to learn quickly and be an independent team player

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Clipper
