As a Project Manager on the DAO Transformation ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) Programme, you will oversee the identification, and remediation of over-retained information across various repositories, ensuring financial benefits, risk reduction, and a reduced carbon footprint. You will also drive the development of data storage control systems to enhance compliance, and operational efficiency. Managing global projects, your responsibilities include planning, leading, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities: Working on the DAO Transformation ILM Programme, including identification, and remediation of over-retained information across multiple repositories

• Managing, and overseeing system development, and enhancements related to data storage control
• Leading, and overseeing projects from ideation to completion, considering multiple stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with the Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager, PMO, and the team of Business Analysts
• Adapting, and working in a dynamic environment, utilizing agile methodologies
• Ensuring strong stakeholder management, proactivity, drive, and attention to detail
• Delivering benefits in terms of financial gains, risk reduction, and a reduction in the organization’s carbon footprint
• Operating on a global scale, impacting multiple regions, jurisdictions, businesses, and functions
• Planning, and executing project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• Continuously monitoring project progress, identifying, and addressing potential risks, and issues

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in change delivery as a Project Manager
• Experience in coordinating resources, and stakeholders to effectively execute projects, adhering to planned timelines, scope, and budget
• Proven ability to proactively drive projects by balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communication, and risk
• Proficient in managing, and regularly reporting progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and risks to project or program leadership, and committees
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to make recommendations to influence decision-making, and maintain progress toward delivery
• Ability to develop detailed project plans for effective progress tracking
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to confidently, and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
• Proficient in creating, and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports in alignment with the Clients Change Framework
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience in:
  • Managing plans in MSP (Microsoft Project)
  • Agile delivery
  • Waterfall delivery
  • Task managing Business Analysts
  • Working with 3rd Party Suppliers
• Fluent English
