    Warsaw-based opportunity with a possibility to work remotely!

    As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you will join the sourcing team which is responsible for the direct execution of candidate management, search and
    intelligence. You will also deliver talent sourcing and intelligence projects that
    will support the acquisition of Technology specific talent across EMEA.

    Your key Responsibilities: Taking ownership of the delivery of the passive candidate pipeline for Technology specific roles

    • Building and maintaining a network of passive Technology candidates
    • Overseeing the provision of high-quality market intelligence (i.e. organizational structure, the scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends)
    • Conducting effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
    • Performing against a set of measures and continually improving outcomes – contributing to the quality, time and cost of talent acquisition for the EMEA Sourcing Team
    • Participating in continuous improvement projects

    You are ideal for this role if you have:

    • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition
    • Experience in Technology Recruitment/Sourcing
    • Direct delivery experience of sourcing either in-house, RPO or from within the recruitment agency industry
    • Expert knowledge of specialist ‘resourcing’ market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and attract passive and active candidates at all levels by utilizing sourcing techniques
    • Expert knowledge of sourcing via social media channels, Boolean or x-ray searching
    • Strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channels
    • Credibility with candidates and leaders: ability to lead conversations and influence outcomes
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments
    • Experience in managing candidates through a recruitment process
    • Proven ability to take ownership and accountability

    It is a big plus if you have:

    • Knowledge of using Workday and Avature
    • Experience gained in Financial Services or similar environment
