Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a Splunk POD Leader, you will join the team responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for several critical products across the organization. You will lead a team of engineers that build Splunk, observability, reporting, and analytics. You will be part of a global Platform working to ensure that service offerings are implemented and easily consumed. Also, you will maintain Splunk as a service and be involved in product upgrades, patches, fixes, and supporting the underlying architecture.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Managing team workloads and priorities
• Managing people and performance
• Engaging with stakeholders to define use cases
• Delivering solutions based on stakeholder requirements
• Ensuring the services provided are current (eg: at the right version level or patch level)
• Developing staff
• Designing and building Splunk applications in a multi-site clustered environment
• Experience explaining Splunk concepts and best practices to new Splunk users
• Supporting users with technical queries

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• Strong Project Management skills
• Experience in working with the global team across geographies and cultures
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills required

It’s a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Splunk ITSI
• Ability to understand Agile ways of working
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 Foundation
• Knowledge of PMP
• Experience with Jenkins, Python, SNOW, Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
