As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and successfully executing the various projects assigned, adhering to Group quality standards and software engineering practices. This position would involve Project Management, monitoring the Project Lifecycle, quality management, and team management.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Planning projects and resources to achieve optimal results within the IT budget
• Proactively identifying and managing the risks with a proposed plan of remediation
• Demonstrating leadership and team management skills
• Guiding and counseling team members and providing direction
• Ensuring performance management
• Mentoring/Coaching people to becoming high performing teams
• Identifying training (technical/soft/domain) needs considering current and future projects
• Managing attrition
• Managing stakeholders and vendors
• Engaging and working with other IT teams on the delivery of projects

The ideal candidate has:

• 3 years of professional experience leading an IT team with excellent coaching skills of IT employees in an international environment
• Proven track record of successfully managed design and delivery of IT solutions/project
• Strong understanding of Software Delivery lifecycle
• Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running program governance
• Good understanding of the CI/CD model & best practices
• DevOps & DevSecOps experience
• Understanding of Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques
• Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban frameworks
• Ability to establish a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve as a team

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Proactive, self-driven, and highly enthusiastic traits
• Ability to work on a large number of initiatives in parallel
• Experience with system maintenance in a production support organization
