Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)
As a Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading player in online banking services. You’ll contribute to an exciting project focused on enhancing customer service applications.
Your main responsibilities: Develop and maintain test scenarios, including creation, expansion, and modification
- Test functionality within customer service applications
- Create and maintain test documentation
- Report bugs effectively
- Collaborate closely with project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Basic knowledge of testing tools and methods
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence environments
- Strong self-organizational skills
- Ability to analyze source data
- Precise communication skills
- Experience in manual testing of customer service applications
- Preparation of test conditions and scenarios
- Knowledge of Testlink, Visual Studio, Postman or similar tools
- Familiarity with C#, Gherkin, Jenkins, SQL, and MSSQL
