Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a UI/UX Designer, you will join the design team focused on cybersecurity to create a better experience for the global network of employees for one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, serving +40 million customers globally. Apps supported by this organization include dashboards, data visualization, Confluence, and Sharepoint for all cybersecurity-related features.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the communications/creative team for journey maps, personas, and usability testing
• Partnering with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities
• Presenting your designs with expertise and rationale while advocating for end users
• Owning, driving, and working on multiple projects with various levels of UX engagement, timelines, and expectations
• Identifying opportunities for design and process improvements and driving their implementation
• Creating wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes
• Distinguishing between feature requests and design revisions from user goals and objectives
• Leveraging and contributing to our design system
• Sharing your designs to solicit constructive feedback
• Providing constructive feedback and innovative ideas within your team
• Educating others on the benefits of UX

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 5+ years in the UX Design field
• Bachelor’s degree in a UX/HCI, graphic design, or related field
• Examples of at least 3 design projects involving complex apps
• Experience with Confluence and Sharepoint
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React
• Experience with data visualization
