Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work fully remotely!

As a CRM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team that provides services in the Wholesale department. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, working closely with development and test teams to deliver effective solutions to end users in one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Running requirement-gathering workshops
• Breaking down and documenting requirements for development and test teams
• Documenting and presenting requirements to business stakeholders
• Building POCs / Dynamics CE/CRM configuration
• Issue investigation, troubleshooting and resolution
• Training users

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, working with Dynamics CME/CRM
• Proven experience in translating end-user requirements into software capabilities
• Experience in:
  • Building POCs/presales.
  • Qlik Sense/Power BI or other BI technologies useful
  • Power Apps/Power Automate
  • Working with sensitive data, and complex access/security models
  • Working with integrations across multiple platforms
• Agile delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills both written, and verbal

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in Finance sector
• Strong analytical skills
