As an Identity and Access Management Mainframe Technical Lead, you will be part of a cross-functional team transforming digital banking capabilities for one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, serving +40 million customers globally. You will also drive innovation by helping to continuously improve engineering processes and practices and inspire others to achieve their goals.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Technical consulting on Mainframe environments specifically in relation to Identity and Access management practices and controls
• Working collaboratively with various engineering teams across the organization to effectively define strategic IAM architecture
• Building, supporting, and providing ongoing maintenance for custom Mainframe feeds into an internal compliance database

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, including IBM z/OS and DB2
• Experience with:
  • Mainframe automation, scripting, and programming (COBOL, Rexx, JCL etc)
  • Mainframe performance tuning and capacity planning
• Knowledge of:
  • Security and data privacy on Mainframe systems, including RACF, ACF2
  • DevOps principles and experience with automation and release management tools such as, CA Endevor and ChangeMan
• Ability to:
  • Design and implement Mainframe systems and solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to provide technical guidance to the business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and management
• Fluent English
