IT Analyst

Warsaw-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. Your role will revolve around leveraging your expertise in Business Intelligence, employing ITIL methodologies, and showcasing advanced proficiency in the Excel suite, as well as Visual Basic. Your primary focus will be on leveraging applicable tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes within the organization.

Your main responsibilities: Utilize advanced Business Intelligence techniques to extract meaningful insights from data

• Implement and adhere to ITIL methodologies to ensure seamless IT service management
• Proficiently utilize Excel, including Visual Basic, for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Employ highly developed analytical skills to interpret complex datasets effectively
• Visualize analytical findings in a compelling and understandable manner
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Very strong proficiency in Business Intelligence
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel, including Visual Basic
• Highly developed analytical and data visualization skills
• Experience in end-user support
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
