Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work in a hybrid model!

As a PMO / Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a distinguished financial institution. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of various programs and projects critical to the bank’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, managing risks, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and driving the efficient use of resources.

Your main responsibilities: Act as a best-class Project Manager!

  • Manage and forecast budgets for programs and projects, tracking actuals against forecasts and making necessary adjustments
  • Utilise PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Agile delivery tools, such as Clarity PPM and JIRA, along with collaborative tools like Confluence
  • Align tech and business stakeholders at various levels toward common objectives to support the organisation’s vision and strategic goals
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions throughout program and project lifecycles
  • Define and generate KPIs/metrics, measure progress, and provide comprehensive reporting
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Apply strong analytics and problem-solving skills to address complex, multifaceted challenges
  • Take ownership of work initiatives with minimal guidance and lead them effectively
  • Thrive in high-pressure situations while managing conflicting priorities
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in large organizations, preferably in the financial services industry
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMO or Program Manager, with a preference for experience in the financial services sector
  • Expertise in creating presentations for senior stakeholders and proficiency in MS Excel functionalities, including macros and VLOOKUPs, for data analysis and decision support
