Gdansk-based opportunity with the possibility to work up to 70% remotely

As a Product Owner, you will be working for our client, a global organization dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across various domains. Your primary responsibility is to drive the development of new functionalities within your domain while maintaining a customer-centric focus. You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into user stories and effectively prioritizing the team’s backlog.

Your main responsibilities: innovate and oversee the end-to-end launch, development and maintenance of products

  • Collaborate with global commercial services partners and customers to co-create a roadmap and bring concepts to life in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including analysts, designers, engineers, and user enablement experts
  • Transform data insights into actionable products for the ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Operate within an Agile framework, continuously refine priorities, define milestones, and identify opportunities and risks
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers to shape the product vision, strategy, features, and priorities
  • Act as a business owner for the process/application, driving the product roadmap
  • Define the user experience, support, and monitoring for customers in collaboration with user-focused departments
  • Translate product roadmap features into clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements
  • Lead the functional design process based on deep knowledge of users and technology
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring all company areas have what they need for success
  • Establish and communicate tracking and reporting mechanisms to evaluate product performance and inform future investments
  • Ensure product compliancy and provide and maintain knowledge base and training materials

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PO MS Dynamics within the Sales part
  • Product Owner/Agile certification and a university degree in business or IT, with English proficiency at C1/C2 level
  • A blend of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • A customer-first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in launching software or products/services in collaboration with engineering teams and a strong grasp of Agile principles
  • Success in driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including dashboards, APIs, and real-time alerts
  • Experience with procurement, expense management, and related processes

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • The ability to build quick working relationships across all levels of management
  • Exceptional navigational skills within organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
  • An acute attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
