This is your chance to take a leading role in a dynamic environment, shaping technological advancements and accelerating career growth.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Lead and ensure on-schedule delivery of high-quality ML scoring solutions, including click and conversion predictions, for sponsored offers.<\/li> <li>Manage training scope for deep learning models, including feature space definition and lifecycle standards.<\/li> <li>Oversee the transition of scoring responsibilities from existing teams, collaborating closely with backend and product stakeholders.<\/li> <li>Provide expert insights into future roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and technological advancements.<\/li> <li>Drive end-to-end model training initiatives, from data preparation to deployment, ensuring scalability and robustness.<\/li> <li>Collaborate across ML, engineering, and product teams to ensure strategic and operational excellence.<\/li> <li>Maintain and improve cloud-based ML workloads on GCP, utilizing services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science in production environments.<\/li> <li>2+ years of direct people management experience.<\/li> <li>Proven expertise in full model lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.<\/li> <li>Hands-on skills in Python and SQL, with knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.<\/li> <li>Experience operating ML workloads within cloud environments, especially GCP.<\/li> <li>Strong decision-making skills based on metrics such as revenue, GMV, and conversion rates.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills in Polish<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Experience in AdTech, recommendation systems, or marketplace ranking at scale.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines, experiment tracking, and feature store integrations.<\/li> <li>Exposure to online inference environments and collaboration with platform teams.<\/li> <li>Background in developing models for pCTR\/pCVR prediction.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Good command of English (at least B2 level), communication skills are essential.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><br \/> Interested?
