This role involves close collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure high-quality system analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, helping to shape the evolution of financial services in a regulated environment.<\/p> <h3>Your main responsibilities:<\/h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain systems for processing domestic and international transfers.<\/li> <li>Gather and analyze detailed business requirements.<\/li> <li>Prepare functional and quality specifications within the system analysis process.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external teams (IT, Business) during solution design.<\/li> <li>Manage change and ensure documentation quality and consistency.<\/li> <li>Verify alignment between implementation and specifications.<\/li> <li>Prepare test scenarios and support testing activities.<\/li> <li>Act as a proxy Product Owner in the payments domain.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/h3> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in IT projects within the banking or financial sector.<\/li> <li>Good understanding of system architecture.<\/li> <li>Practical experience in specifying business processes, functional and quality requirements, data models, and system integration.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of methods for gathering requirements and preparing system specifications.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP.<\/li> <li>Experience with UML diagrams.<\/li> <li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li> <li>Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.<\/li> <li>Good command of English at B2 level.<\/li> <li>Experience in system analysis and documentation.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/h3> <ul> <li>Experience in developing settlement systems such as Elixir, Express Elixir, Sorbnet, SEPA, Target.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of system architecture concepts (EIP integration patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, microservices, REST).<\/li> <li>Familiarity with exploration techniques like Event Storming, Domain Story Telling, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping.<\/li> <li>Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).<\/li> <li>Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).<\/li> <li>Familiarity with GIT.<\/li> <li>Experience with Diagram as Code and Model as Code techniques.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of testing strategies and automation.<\/li> <li>Ability to read code at a basic level.<\/li> <li>Experience using AI to optimize work.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>Language Required for the role:<\/h3> <ul> <li>Polish (Communicative level)<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>Eligibility for the role:<\/h3> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
