Your contributions will directly impact the development of scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions built on Oracle and Delphi technologies, enabling the client to deliver reliable and customer-centric services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within an Agile environment, fostering innovation and growth.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Designing and architecting new information system solutions using Oracle and Delphi technologies<\/li> <li>Programming and implementing high-quality, efficient code to develop key system features<\/li> <li>Developing detailed technical specifications and comprehensive design documentation<\/li> <li>Creating technical and administrative documentation to ensure clarity and maintainability<\/li> <li>Coordinating with business units to communicate changes and gather feedback<\/li> <li>Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless development workflows within Agile (SCRUM) methodology<\/li> <li>Conducting testing to validate functionality and system stability<\/li> <li>Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during development and deployment stages<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in Delphi programming<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of SQL and PL\/SQL<\/li> <li>Proficiency with tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA<\/li> <li>Experience working within Agile (Scrum\/Kanban) environments<\/li> <li>Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems<\/li> <li>Excellent skills in technical documentation and communication<\/li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong> (optional)<\/p> <ul> <li>Experience in the insurance sector<\/li> <li>Knowledge of Oracle database administration<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><br \/> Polish \u2014 good command of both spoken and written language<\/p> <p><strong>Eligibility to work for this role:<\/strong><br \/> Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><br \/> Interested?
