The Commodities IT team develops cutting-edge Front Office applications to support commodities trading, leveraging agile methodologies and advanced market technology. This senior role is part of the Credit VS \u2013 Qilin team, focusing on creating and enhancing trading systems for Credit and IR derivatives, enabling real-time risk management and operational excellence.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Build high-end solutions using market-leading technology stacks across trading workflows<\/li> <li>Act as Application Specialist for front-to-back systems related to Credit derivatives and IR derivatives trading<\/li> <li>Propose and implement sustainable tooling infrastructure, including DevOps, release management, resiliency, and monitoring<\/li> <li>Contribute to the evolution of existing tech stacks and improvement of processes<\/li> <li>Engage in design review forums, representing application architecture and innovations<\/li> <li>Collaborate with IT management and engineering teams to enable effective trading workflows and risk controls<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in Java back-end development, with expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices<\/li> <li>Proven experience in high-availability service architecture<\/li> <li>Strong skills in SQL and practical knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL or Sybase<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with AI tooling and models in day-to-day tasks<\/li> <li>Experience leading the delivery of Java-based services or modules<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, including meetings and presentations<\/li> <li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities<\/li> <li>A fast learner with curiosity and a passion for new technologies<\/li> <li>Ability to perform calmly under pressure<\/li> <li>A team-oriented mindset<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Production support experience<\/li> <li>Knowledge of Agile development, CI\/CD processes<\/li> <li>Domain expertise in banking or financial markets<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
