You will lead critical initiatives supporting multi-year programs driven by the Fidessa Demise project, including transitioning data sources, enhancing P&amp;L reporting, and collaborating on operational model changes with Traded Risk. Your expertise will shape the future of financial process automation and data governance, advancing the bank\u2019s operational excellence and innovation.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Lead the understanding and streamlining of FX position processes within Product Control and Traded Risk interfaces.<\/li> <li>Liaise with and educate Traded Risk teams on FX position and FX P&amp;L processes.<\/li> <li>Analyze P&amp;L Explain data exceptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.<\/li> <li>Improve governance of adjustments by analyzing data, enhancing data quality, and developing tools for review processes.<\/li> <li>Manage data exception resolution, including requirements documentation, stakeholder alignment, testing, and go-live support.<\/li> <li>Produce high-quality project documentation aligned with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF).<\/li> <li>Collaborate with IT teams to assess estimations and ensure clarity in supporting documentation.<\/li> <li>Identify conflicting requirements or redundant work and escalate to the Change Manager.<\/li> <li>Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate high-priority items through steering groups.<\/li> <li>Coach and develop business analysts supporting the project initiatives.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Over 8 years of experience within a Product Control or similar risk management function.<\/li> <li>Proven track record leading or contributing to strategic change initiatives across multiple geographies.<\/li> <li>Strong skills in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization.<\/li> <li>Deep knowledge of MSS products, systems, and requirements at a Subject Matter Expert level.<\/li> <li>Experience working with Finance, Product Control, Traded Risk, and IT teams.<\/li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills, especially with geographically dispersed teams.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications in project or risk management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).<\/li> <li>Experience with financial data analysis tools or automation solutions.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal command.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
