You will play a pivotal role in pioneering a transformational IAM program, integrating cutting-edge cloud-native solutions with complex enterprise requirements, and ensuring scalable, secure workflows across Google Cloud Platform. This is an exceptional chance to shape the future of identity security on a global scale and advance your leadership in automation engineering.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Define and maintain comprehensive test strategies that encompass approach, environment, scope, risks, and resource planning.<\/li> <li>Lead automation testing efforts, establishing standards and best practices for AI-driven test generation, analysis, and self-healing systems.<\/li> <li>Develop, execute, and continuously enhance automated test frameworks and scripts for IAM applications, including AI workflows, orchestration, and event-driven architectures.<\/li> <li>Validate functions, decision logic, and policy-as-code integrated within complex cloud-native environments.<\/li> <li>Plan and oversee testing of APIs, Pub\/Sub pipelines, cloud services, and policy compliance, ensuring traceability from requirements to outcomes.<\/li> <li>Generate regulatory evidence and detailed reports, communicating progress and issues efficiently to senior stakeholders.<\/li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers within the team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.<\/li> <li>Integrate CI\/CD pipelines for automated tests, report generation, and result notifications, supporting a shift-left testing methodology.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with business and technical teams to define scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria aligned with project objectives.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Over 5 years of experience in automation testing within Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.<\/li> <li>Strong expertise in backend automation with Python and Pytest, including leading automation initiatives.<\/li> <li>Proven experience testing functions and decision logic defined as code, including policy-as-code.<\/li> <li>Deep knowledge of event-driven platforms such as Pub\/Sub, Kafka, queues, and batch processing.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with identity protocols and formats such as SCIM, REST API, LDAP, OIDC, and CSV.<\/li> <li>Expertise in policy-based testing frameworks including RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, and PBAC.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of DevOps, CI\/CD pipelines, and shift-left testing practices, especially with tools like GitHub.<\/li> <li>Cloud testing methodology expertise, particularly in Google Cloud Platform, with additional exposure to AWS, Azure, and other cloud services.<\/li> <li>Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with proven stakeholder engagement at all levels.<\/li> <li>Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities in technical environments.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI principles.<\/li> <li>Exposure to orchestration tools like n8n or GenAI integrations in QA.<\/li> <li>Experience testing solutions built on GraphDB (Neo4j), OPA\/Rego policies, and HashiCorp Vault.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with containerized test execution and performance analysis tools (e.g., NeoLoad, Gatling).<\/li> <li>Experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ, GitOps repositories, or session management services.<\/li> <li>Understanding of governance, auditing controls, and testing for compliance purposes.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><br \/> Fluent English \u2013 excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/strong><br \/> Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
