You will help shape the strategic approach to AI risk, compliance, and operational governance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and supporting sustainable innovation within the organization.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive AI Governance Frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements<\/li> <li>Manage use cases of AI and Generative AI, ensuring proper risk assessments and compliance checks<\/li> <li>Oversee risk management, regulatory adherence, and control implementation related to AI activities<\/li> <li>Coordinate operational governance activities and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies<\/li> <li>Prepare audit-ready materials and documentation to support internal and external inspections<\/li> <li>Facilitate communication and coordination across IT, Risk, Compliance units, and other stakeholders<\/li> <li>Create and deliver presentations and reports for management and boards of directors<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance within financial institutions<\/li> <li>Practical understanding of AI technologies, associated risks, and regulatory constraints<\/li> <li>Experience with AI \/ model governance at a conceptual or control level<\/li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate across multiple units (IT, Risk, Compliance)<\/li> <li>Excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong> <em>(optional)<\/em><\/p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of AI Act, DORA, or model risk management frameworks<\/li> <li>Experience preparing executive and regulatory materials<\/li> <li>Experience working within large, international organizational structures<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent in Polish and English<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
