You will help build secure, scalable, and user-centric mobile applications that drive digital transformation and elevate customer experiences.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Deliver end-to-end iOS features, from discovery and design to implementation, testing, and release.<\/li> <li>Build and maintain native iOS components using Swift, applying modern architectural patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with Product, UX, and API teams to develop resilient, scalable solutions.<\/li> <li>Ensure high engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous refactoring.<\/li> <li>Implement secure-by-design practices aligned with banking controls, including secure storage and authentication flows.<\/li> <li>Monitor and improve app performance, stability, and reliability, reducing crashes and launch times.<\/li> <li>Contribute to CI\/CD pipelines, automation, and release readiness initiatives.<\/li> <li>Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and foster team capability through pairing, coaching, and establishing pragmatic standards.<\/li> <li>Maintain clear technical documentation including architecture decisions and operational runbooks.<\/li> <li>Collaborate across teams and time zones to unblock delivery, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.<\/li> <li>Drive continuous improvement to enhance team efficiency without compromising quality or security.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience developing native iOS applications in a commercial environment.<\/li> <li>Expert-level proficiency in Swift and a strong understanding of iOS fundamentals (app lifecycle, concurrency, background execution).<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, and persistence mechanisms like Core Data.<\/li> <li>Solid knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, error handling, resilience strategies, and offline-first design considerations.<\/li> <li>Proven experience writing and maintaining automated tests, including unit and UI tests (XCTest, XCUITest, mocks\/stubs).<\/li> <li>Practical understanding of Git workflows and Agile methodologies.<\/li> <li>Deep awareness of mobile security best practices, especially for regulated environments.<\/li> <li>Modern UI development experience, with familiarity in SwiftUI.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of dependency injection, reactive programming (Swift Concurrency, Combine, RxSwift).<\/li> <li>Experience with observability tools for crash reporting and performance monitoring.<\/li> <li>Prior background in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated sectors.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles in iOS development.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications or additional skills in mobile security or UI\/UX design.<\/li> <li>Experience with feature flags, A\/B testing, or experimentation frameworks.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Good command of English (Communicative level required).<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
