Your role will focus on supporting enterprise-wide development initiatives, ensuring program excellence, and measuring impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to leadership growth at scale and advance your career within a forward-thinking organization.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, and version control of program materials, presentations, digital resources, and facilitator guides.<\/li> <li>Administer surveys, compile feedback, and generate reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends.<\/li> <li>Coordinate with internal faculty and external speakers, including scheduling prep sessions and ensuring logistical readiness.<\/li> <li>Draft and distribute participant communications such as invitations, pre-work, reminders, and post-program resources, maintaining distribution lists.<\/li> <li>Support vendor and financial administration, including processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, onboarding vendors, and assisting with budget management.<\/li> <li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track action items, and update timelines to ensure timely delivery of activities.<\/li> <li>Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course coding, registration, completion tracking, and troubleshooting access issues.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>2\u20135 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, HR, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or similar fields.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience managing programs within an LMS platform.<\/li> <li>Proficiency with MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li> <li>Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail in deadline-driven environments.<\/li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for participant engagement.<\/li> <li>Solid Excel skills for metrics analysis and reporting, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.<\/li> <li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with project management or tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).<\/li> <li>Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English \u2014 excellent command necessary for clear communication and documentation.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><br \/> Interested?
