You\u2019ll help shape innovative solutions that deliver real-world customer value, from strategy to implementation \u2014 in a dynamic Agile environment that unites business experts, system analysts, and developers. This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation and product leadership within the financial industry.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Define the vision and develop the strategy for the Mobile Banking platform, including planning the product roadmap<\/li> <li>Manage initiatives and product backlog, prioritizing work for Scrum teams to maximize value delivery<\/li> <li>Collaborate closely with CPOs, POs, and stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service<\/li> <li>Drive innovative mobile solutions aligned with customer needs and the bank\u2019s digitalization objectives<\/li> <li>Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as app availability, NPS, and login volume<\/li> <li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (RODO\/GDPR, PSD2, AML, ISO) and adhere to UX and WCAG standards<\/li> <li>Analyze user behavior, initiate usability improvements, and boost accessibility<\/li> <li>Participate in analyses, testing, feature acceptance, and support formal\/legal processes including complaint handling<\/li> <li>Manage budget considerations and monitor market and competitor solutions to guide long-term product growth<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or program management<\/li> <li>Proven leadership and experience in cross-functional team coordination<\/li> <li>Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a portfolio<\/li> <li>Solid knowledge of software delivery methodologies, including Agile<\/li> <li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience in creating business analysis and pre-implementation assessments<\/li> <li>Familiarity with system analysis methods<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of banking systems or financial products<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Polish \u2014 required<\/li> <li>English \u2014 communicative<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe (European Union) will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
