You will contribute to shaping effective vendor strategies, ensuring optimized IT spend, and enhancing operational efficiency across technology functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic, globally focused setting.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Manage IT spend approval processes for CTO functions, preparing and presenting weekly updates to senior stakeholders.<\/li> <li>Coordinate vendor management analyses to support procurement and budget decisions.<\/li> <li>Support daily vendor lifecycle activities, including data collection, benchmarking, and documenting meetings and actions.<\/li> <li>Maintain portfolio trackers and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data updates (renewals, RAID logs, decision points).<\/li> <li>Extract key contractual terms and highlight gaps, risks, and remediation actions during contract review processes.<\/li> <li>Partner with Operations and Finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and track benefits realization.<\/li> <li>Ensure budgets are in place (Run, Change, Transformation) and assist requestors with submission procedures.<\/li> <li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment through close coordination and responsibility sharing.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in vendor management, commercial management, procurement support, or similar roles within financial services or regulated sectors.<\/li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and generate clear, decision-ready insights.<\/li> <li>Good understanding of technology vendor landscapes, contractual constructs (SLAs, licensing, renewal clauses).<\/li> <li>Experience supporting business case development and benefits tracking.<\/li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working confidently across functions and senior levels.<\/li> <li>Attention to detail and strong governance discipline.<\/li> <li>Financial awareness related to cost drivers and budgeting principles.<\/li> <li>Comfortable working with data\/reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or MI dashboards.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications or experience in procurement, vendor management, or financial analysis.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English (excellent command).<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><br \/> Interested?
