This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in financial systems, architecture, and requirements management while supporting impactful banking initiatives.<\/p> <h3><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate with bank departments to analyze and define detailed business requirements, supporting users throughout the process.<\/li> <li>Develop functional and system solutions, including process modeling, UI wireframes, and business rule specifications.<\/li> <li>Participate in technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.<\/li> <li>Support testing activities by creating test cases and coordinating the validation process for regulatory and functional compliance.<\/li> <li>Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners in agile (SCRUM) environments to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.<\/li> <li>Model IT systems using UML and CASE tools, such as Enterprise Architect, to visualize and validate system architecture.<\/li> <li>Design and document REST APIs and microservices, utilizing Swagger\/OpenAPI specifications for clear and comprehensive API contracts.<\/li> <li>Use SQL queries for data validation, ensuring data integrity and adherence to business requirements.<\/li> <li>Support and lead analytical streams in large-scale banking development projects, including process design and system integration.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis within banking or financial environments.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of requirements gathering using BABOK\/IIBA methodologies.<\/li> <li>Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect.<\/li> <li>Practical experience with microservices architecture, REST\/SOAP web services, and APIs.<\/li> <li>Good command of SQL for data validation and system verification.<\/li> <li>Experience designing banking credit processes and working with distributed system architectures.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of integration protocols like SOA, Web Services and related tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills in Polish (fluent) and English (communicative).<\/li> <li>Ability to work independently, lead analytical streams, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the banking credit domain.<\/li> <li>Certifications in UML, API design, or related frameworks.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3><strong>Language required for the role:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Polish: Fluent<\/li> <li>English: Communicative level (B2 or above)<\/li> <\/ul> <h3><strong>Eligibility to work on this role:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/h3> <p>Interested?
