Your expertise will contribute to designing and developing high-quality solutions based on Oracle and Delphi technologies, supporting the client\u2019s ongoing digital transformation and enhancing their service offerings. Join us to work on impactful projects at the forefront of insurance tech and accelerate your career growth.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Design and architect new solutions within Oracle and Delphi-based information systems.<\/li> <li>Develop and implement efficient, sustainable, and high-quality code.<\/li> <li>Create detailed technical specifications and comprehensive design documentation.<\/li> <li>Produce thorough technical and administrative documentation for project continuity.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery using Agile (SCRUM) methodology.<\/li> <li>Conduct testing to verify functionality and system stability.<\/li> <li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development and deployment phases.<\/li> <li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts and project updates.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Delphi development.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of SQL and PL\/SQL.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.<\/li> <li>Proven experience working within Agile (SCRUM\/Kanban) environments.<\/li> <li>Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems.<\/li> <li>Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.<\/li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong> <em>(optional)<\/em><\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications or additional skills in Oracle or related technologies.<\/li> <li>Experience with modern software architecture practices.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Polish: Good command<\/li> <li>English: Communicative<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><br \/> Interested?
