This is your chance to contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment and accelerate your career growth.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications.<\/li> <li>Model and document processes using UML and BPMN, supporting system architecture and process optimization.<\/li> <li>Develop and maintain integration specifications, working with REST APIs, AsyncAPI, and messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.<\/li> <li>Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.<\/li> <li>Support the backlog management by creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery.<\/li> <li>Prepare and update detailed system and analytical documentation adhering to best practices.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system solutions.<\/li> <li>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system integration issues, ensuring quality and performance.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in system analysis or related roles within IT environments.<\/li> <li>Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architect, Postman, JIRA, GitLab, SQL (MS SQL\/PostgreSQL).<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration tools, including AsyncAPI.<\/li> <li>Solid understanding of microservices architecture and communication patterns.<\/li> <li>Experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.<\/li> <li>Expertise in process modeling and documentation using UML and BPMN.<\/li> <li>Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It\u2019s a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Experience in banking or investment projects.<\/li> <li>Experience in large-scale, multi-system environments.<\/li> <li>Certifications or additional skills in related technologies.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><br \/> Polish (good command) and English (communicative level).<\/p> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/strong><br \/> Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
