Join a dynamic team to oversee mission-critical mainframe systems, ensure seamless operations, and drive technological excellence across borders\u2014fueling European digital transformation and enterprise resilience.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of mainframe professionals to deliver high-quality infrastructure support<\/li> <li>Oversee IBM Mainframe systems operations and maintenance activities<\/li> <li>Manage batch scheduling processes using IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)<\/li> <li>Develop and troubleshoot JCL (Job Control Language) scripts for job execution<\/li> <li>Support IBM z\/OS environments serving major European companies in Germany<\/li> <li>Coordinate between Poland and Germany teams (total of 12 colleagues: 7 in Poland, 5 in Germany)<\/li> <li>Work flexible shifts starting between 6 AM-8 AM, with coverage for additional shifts if needed<\/li> <li>Participate in the on-call rotation following the training period (approximately one period every 5-6 weeks)<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in mainframe or similar enterprise environments<\/li> <li>Strong expertise with IBM Mainframe systems and z\/OS infrastructure<\/li> <li>Proficiency in JCL (Job Control Language)<\/li> <li>Experience with IBM z\/OS-IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler)<\/li> <li>Proven team management and leadership skills<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with batch scheduling tools and processes<\/li> <li>Fluent English for interviews and daily communication<\/li> <li>Availability to start by 8 AM, ideally covering early shift schedules<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong> (optional)<\/p> <ul> <li>Certification in mainframe or IBM infrastructure technologies<\/li> <li>Experience working in a multi-national or cross-border team environment<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English (spoken and written) for interviews and daily communication<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for this role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<br \/> Interested?
