This is a chance to influence the future of digital banking while advancing your career in a dynamic, distributed Agile environment.<\/p> <p>Your main responsibilities:<\/p> <ul> <li>Design and develop new features in .NET 8 to enhance banking solutions<\/li> <li>Develop and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server<\/li> <li>Implement and maintain integrations with messaging systems such as Kafka and IBM MQ<\/li> <li>Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes<\/li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver robust solutions<\/li> <li>Participate in the development of secure payment systems and share expertise across teams<\/li> <li>Conduct code reviews, tests, and ensure code quality standards are met<\/li> <li>Resolve production issues and maintain existing functionalities<\/li> <\/ul> <p>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in developing complex IT systems<\/li> <li>Hands-on expertise with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8, and SQL Server<\/li> <li>Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps tools<\/li> <li>Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, TeamCity, and SonarQube<\/li> <li>Experience with messaging and data integration technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, Redis or KeyDB, and SSIS<\/li> <li>Practical understanding of Agile software development methodologies<\/li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams<\/li> <li>Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of tasks<\/li> <li>Passion for continuous learning and software excellence<\/li> <\/ul> <p>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications or additional skills in related technologies or security standards<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Language Required for the role:<\/p> <ul> <li>Polish (Good command)<\/li> <li>English (Communicative level)<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
