IAM Project Manager – HashiCorp Optimisation

As an IAM Project Manager (HashiCorp Optimisation), you will be working for our client, a global leader in the financial industry, undergoing a significant transformation in Identity and Access Management practices. You will play a key role in optimizing the HashiCorp Vault environment to support strategic banking requirements.

Your main responsibilities: overseeing the day-to-day execution of the HashiCorp Vault Optimisation Workstream

• Leading internal stakeholders and collaborating with vendors to meet project scope
• Engaging with business and technology stakeholders to align on priorities
• Proactively monitoring project resources and ensuring workstream adheres to the schedule
• Identifying and addressing concerns in project progress to maintain delivery timelines
• Effectively managing changes in plans, resourcing, and new requirements
• Providing weekly status reports on workstream status, risks, and issues

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong project management skills
• Previous hands-on experience in delivering IAM or PAM migration projects
• A proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity, and operations teams
• A good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills
• A positive, proactive attitude as a collaborative team player within a large program

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault or a similar Secrets Management Solution
• Experience working with global teams
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall (Hybrid) Project Management approaches
• Knowledge of Jira and workflow management tools
