System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, on a project aimed at delivering a new Access Management system across multiple applications and platforms. This project is vital in enhancing Cybersecurity measures.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis of end-to-end processes in a technical environment
• Utilizing strong process mapping skills to support system integration and process mapping
• Providing technical analysis and data analysis to support the implementation of the new My Access Portal tooling
• Root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Optimizing processes and maximizing efficiency within the system
• Producing comprehensive documents on processes and specifications, including the use of diagrams
• Engaging stakeholders effectively and communicating project progress clearly
• Collaborating as a positive team player within a large program
• Taking accountability for deliverables and ensuring timely completion
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Jira, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in end-to-end process analysis within a technical environment
• Strong process mapping and analysis skills
• Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
• Ability to optimize processes and maximize efficiency
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Positive team player attitude with accountability for deliverables
• Experience in Access Management systems like SailPoint or IAM/PAM
• Previous experience in financial services
• Experience in working within global distributed programs and global teams
• Fluent English
