Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a Learning Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, responsible for protecting customers, systems, and colleagues from cyber threats. In collaboration with the Cyber Education and Awareness team, you’ll support the training and culture program for 2500 cybersecurity colleagues. Your role involves overseeing certification processes, enhancing service delivery through automation, and developing training metrics to guide decision-making.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Conducting data analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to manage certification and accreditation requests
  • Supporting the oversight and management of certification and accreditation demand
  • Collaborating with cybersecurity professionals to streamline certification processes
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Implementing automation solutions to increase efficiency
  • Collecting and reporting certification metrics to stakeholders
  • Contributing to training insights and reporting
  • Identifying skills and education offerings aligned with cybersecurity roles
  • Managing content on learning platforms for upskilling colleagues
  • Producing management information and analytics to drive continual improvement

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Knowledge of requirements gathering and process improvement
  • An understanding of data analysis, reporting and problem solving
  • Experience coordinating training and awareness activities, preferably in cybersecurity or risk
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret training metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous relevant business experience; working in an educational, design, communication or engagement field or profession
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., IT, Learning & Development, Cybersecurity).

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with certification and accreditation processes in cybersecurity
  • Ability to create meaningful presentations and data visualizations
  • Experience with project and task management tools
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, technology, and data protection
