Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work fully remotely!

As a Programme Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, responsible for safeguarding customers, systems, and colleagues against cyber threats. Your role involves supporting the management and delivery of education and awareness initiatives targeted at High-Risk Users (HRUs), ensuring they understand their Cybersecurity duties and responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and facilitating Cybersecurity Masterclasses for senior executives
  • Monitoring completion dashboards to ensure the effectiveness of training assignments
  • Managing learning pathways on Degreed and reviewing third-party learning materials
  • Planning and delivering awareness campaigns, including recipient analysis and process mapping
  • Administering the Digital Footprint Analysis service to raise awareness among senior executives of their personal risk of social engineering
  • Maintaining a database to track cybersecurity engagements for Executives
  • Producing management information and analytics to drive strategic solutions
  • Updating operating instructions to support the roll-out of new activities
  • Demonstrating Client’s values and behaviors while ensuring compliance standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proficiency in software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Monday.com, and Zoom
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy amidst rapid changes
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from data and guide strategic solutions
  • Strong prioritization abilities to manage a high volume of work
  • Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Organizational skills with a strategic planning mindset
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
  • Autonomy and self-starting capabilities

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in cybersecurity education and awareness initiatives
