Do you know that ITDS is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Poland? For good reasons! We constantly come ahead of the needs of our Consultants, because our priority is the comfort of their work and effective communication. In ITDS every employee can count on our help and support. That is why we are launching a new ITDS initiative – the Ambassador Program.
Do you see yourself in the role of a Team Leader? From today, we give you the opportunity to become our Ambassador!
This person is communicative, committed, and willing to help. Aware of the need for quick and effective communication between the Team and the Manager.
The Ambassador is the first contact for Consultants working for our Clients. The main idea is to build and strengthen relations with our internal community. This starts with supporting onboarding and organizational processes of new Team Members and goes further to watching over the integration activities – going out for a beer, organizing Hackathons or sports competitions. The Ambassador spreads information to every member of the ITDS community at the Client’s and provides support with current issues. An important role of the Ambassador is also to look after the image of ITDS.
In the coming months, we are planning to implement the program within other Clients too. If you’d like to join this list – please let us know and write to Emilia Szabat at emilia.szabat@itds.pl who is the Head of the Ambassador Program.
If you feel that you have the qualities of a Leader, you are committed and motivated to constantly improve your work environment – we are looking for you!
We want to reward you! The Ambassador Program comes with responsibilities, but also many benefits:
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to talk!
