As a D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services committed to implementing advanced CRM solutions across 60 countries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers to analyze their business processes, provide in-depth analysis, assess solutions, and offer strategic advice to meet their objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring, testing, and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to enhance customer relationship management.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Participating in every aspect of the solution implementation
  • Analyzing customer business requirements and configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements with business objectives
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluating business processes
  • Utilizing Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (VSTS, PowerApps, etc.)
  • Suggesting and implementing practice improvements
  • Documenting business requirements and expected outcomes
  • Conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources
  • Customizing Microsoft Dynamics to achieve business requirements
  • Supporting the system and user acceptance testing process

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Senior-level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on business modeling and solutions implementation
  • 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementation experience with at least 3 complete life cycle implementations
  • Good understanding of the existing Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it
  • Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool
  • Complete understanding of and experience with process-driven implementation approaches
  • Ability to analyze and understand business problems
  • High-level solution architecture and design skills (Functional and/or Technical)
  • Proficiency in documenting and capturing business requirements and processes
  • Experience in data and process modeling
  • Excellent facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills
