As a Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution known for developing digital solutions aimed at enhancing the mobile experience for millions of customers. You will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams through agile practices to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality mobile applications. This position involves collaborating with global stakeholders, promoting agile methodologies, and driving continuous improvement in both processes and team performance within a fast-paced, fintech-oriented environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Driving the transformation of high-level business requirements into actionable backlogs
• Monitoring and communicating team progress using Agile metrics like burn-down charts
• Ensuring teams follow Agile principles like collaboration, prioritization, and accountability
• Striving for continuous process improvements and team empowerment
• Mentoring teams and stakeholders to become advocates for Agile methodologies
• Managing risks, schedules, and resource assignments during development cycles
• Facilitating the transformation from traditional delivery models to Agile frameworks
• Supporting global teams and fostering collaboration across various time zones
• Guiding teams to ensure each increment is potentially shippable

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong practical experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP
• Fluent English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong skills with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Experience in managing complex schedules and competing priorities across global teams
• Proven track record in fostering collaboration and accountability within Agile teams
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and promoting Agile best practices
• Ability to adapt plans and schedules to respond to emerging risks and requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quantitative sciences or related fields
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Industry-recognized Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Experience with modern mobile technologies and the delivery of mobile applications
• A strong understanding of mobile development cycles and associated challenges
• Knowledge of BDD, TDD, or other test-driven development practices
