As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, contributing to a transformative Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This strategic initiative aims to redefine authentication processes for corporate users, enhancing security and efficiency across the organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, collaborating closely with IT developers, IAM specialists, and senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from development to operations.

Your main responsibilities: Gathering and managing detailed business and technical requirements

• Documenting existing processes and defining the future “to-be” state
• Mapping complex processes with a focus on precision and clarity
• Collaborating with IAM specialists to design robust authentication solutions
• Building test cases to validate compliance with target states
• Creating support and business-as-usual (BAU) process documentation
• Performing root cause analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Coordinating with global and remote teams using digital collaboration tools
• Engaging and managing stakeholders, presenting deliverables confidently
• Supporting the transition of solutions from development to operations

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong process mapping and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and principles
• Expertise in networking technologies such as VPNs and proxies
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Confluence, and Jira
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output
• Root cause analysis capabilities to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence in presenting progress and findings to diverse audiences
• A positive team-oriented mindset with strong accountability and time management

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in financial services, especially within large global organizations
• Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, or similar IAM tools
• Knowledge of IAM account recovery and reset journeys
• Previous experience working with globally distributed teams
