Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a UniFlow Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, specializing in optimizing and automating key operational processes. In this role, you will design, configure, and enhance business workflows on the BPMS UniFlow platform. You will also engage in coding outputs using XSLT and XML while ensuring compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with teams to deliver effective and innovative solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven.

Your main responsibilities: Design and optimize processes on the BPMS UniFlow platform

  • Configure and maintain workflows to meet business requirements
  • Code outputs using XSLT and XML in line with SDLC standards
  • Collaborate with teams to develop scalable and efficient process solutions
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal process and security standards
  • Document technical workflows and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Train and support team members in using and maintaining UniFlow solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Familiarity with BPMN and UML notations
  • Experience with Ferryt, Camunda, or similar BPMS platforms
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Practical knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Skills in optimization and process improvement
  • Creativity and dedication to achieving results
  • Good command of English for technical documentation

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and Design Thinking
  • Understanding of SCRUM methodology
  • Experience with SPLUNK and JIRA
  • Knowledge of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and businesses)
