Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).
As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution known for its commitment to data-driven transformation and innovation. You will support a dynamic Data & Analytics Office, focused on enhancing data governance, promoting agile ways of working, and ensuring project delivery excellence. The initial assignment will involve the Engage workstream, aiming to strengthen data literacy across the organisation. You will be at the heart of change, helping shape how programmes are planned, tracked, and executed through robust governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities: Supporting programme managers in tracking and reporting delivery progress
- Coordinating delivery governance and ensuring adherence to change frameworks
- Managing RAID logs and escalating risks and issues to resolution
- Monitoring budgets, tracking benefits, and updating OKRs
- Promoting quality assurance and consistent reporting across programmes
- Maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes and action trackers
- Facilitating post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
- Advising on agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Driving process improvements and standardising delivery methodologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO role
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence across all levels in a global matrix environment
- Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation initiatives
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement practices
- Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Prior experience working within a data-related change programme
- Familiarity with financial institutions change framework and governance standards
- Knowledge of financial services or banking industry regulations
- Understanding of enterprise data governance and analytics concepts
- Experience contributing to centres of excellence or transformation offices
