Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).

As a Knowledge Hub Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial and technology leader, on creating and maintaining an innovative Expert Hub. This hub will serve as the central entry point for accessing a broad range of valuable resources, including developer stories, product roadmaps, training materials, and community insights related to cutting-edge cloud and product platforms. You will be driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high engagement across diverse, global teams while delivering measurable adoption and usage results.

Your main responsibilities:Creating and maintaining a comprehensive Expert Hub with curated content and resources

  • Managing repositories, success stories, videos, tutorials, and community asset
  • Establishing and enforcing clear content contribution guidelines and quality standards
  • Implementing an intuitive, effective search mechanism to enhance user experience
  • Building and nurturing communities of subject matter experts and champions
  • Collecting and analyzing developer sentiment and adoption metrics for continuous improvement
  • Facilitating content updates with trusted maintainers and reducing review barriers
  • Leading feedback processes to evolve hub features and offerings
  • Communicating effectively across multicultural and matrixed global teams
  • Delivering outcomes with agility in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • You’re ideal for this role if you have:
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, content curation, or community building
  • Strong track record delivering projects across global matrix organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal and influential communication skills across cultures
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English with strong editing skills
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in dynamic environments
  • Self-starter mindset with an eagerness to explore and implement new technologies
  • Experience designing and managing collaborative digital platforms or repositories
  • Skilled in gathering and leveraging user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Aptitude for creating engaging training materials and multimedia content
  • Commitment to driving adoption and usage with measurable results

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Prior experience working with cloud platforms or developer communities
  • Familiarity with advanced search technologies and content tagging
  • Exposure to multicultural and diverse work environments
  • Background in fast-paced, outcomes-driven projects with high visibility
  • Knowledge of agile content development and knowledge transfer processes
