You will play a key role in large-scale, cross-functional technology projects that support investment banking operations. The client is modernizing and streamlining operational workflows through strategic technology implementations, and your expertise will contribute to the smooth execution of test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with global exposure.

Your main responsibilities: Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution

  • Experience in testing within the SDLC, particularly in Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Strong understanding of UAT planning, execution, and defect lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in global teams
  • High level of adaptability in a constantly changing project environment
  • Time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort using technology to assess and improve operational workflows
  • Flexibility to support North America and other global time zones when needed
  • Familiarity with investment banking processes or enterprise-level financial systems
